Intervista a Bloody Vomit Bukkake

Attribuisci a esso qualche significato particolare?

O vai a ispirazione?

11.Ti presti spesso a fare split, collaborazioni e compilation varie.

-Banalmente direi Goreshit, odaxelagnia e Lolishit.

1) Goreshit - My Love Feels All Wrong

2) Loli Ripe - Ecce Pedo

3) Lolishit - Chest Flattener

4) Rorikiller - Torn Apart By The Tentacle

5) odaxelagnia - Partycore

16.A chi è rivolto BVB?

-Kodomo No Jikan su tutti, Rin mi ispira molto spesso. Poi Lucky Star, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan e Imouto Jiru.

20.Oltre a BVB gestisci altri progetti artistici?

-Kodomo No Jikan è in assoluto il mio preferito.

Stay loli.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION(by Ghoul)

1.Here we are. May you introduce us to your musical project? (when, how and why was it born.. etc..)

The idea of a musical project dates back to the end of 2008, but BVB only began in the April of the following year, after lots of experimentation. Actually I don't even know the reason of all this, I started playing just for fun and without any big expectations. Day by day things have changed, and even though it's not just a game anymore, it's still a way to enjoy myself.

2.What drove you into the kind of music you currently produce?

Most of all, otaku culture in all of its forms, especially the most particular ones (guro, lolicon etc..).
Also I'm pretty interested in every kind of perversion.

3.The moniker “Bloody Vomit Bukkake” is pretty weird. Does it have any particular meanings?

In the beginning I thought about creating a wicked, dirty and morbid kind of music, so I made up a name for my musical project that was disgusting even to think about it.
Although the musical project is now different, I'm not going to change its monicker, just because I hold it dear.

4.Is BVB your first electronic experience?

Actually, as I said before, I've made several experiments, but it wasn't anything worth doing.
So BVB is my first experience in this field.

5.Do you follow any particular routines when making songs?

I follow what my insane mind tells me to do in that moment. If I followed any procedures I would end up always making the same songs and then I would throw them out.

6.Let's talk about your first works. I really liked Sacrificio Pornografico and Kojiki I.
What do you think of them, after all these years?

Actually just an year has passed, but listening to them makes me think that I have really improved on both technical and musical sides. Anyway, I'm really glad that also my first works are appreciated, even though they're not the best.

7.Your last work, Electronic Loli Music, is pretty different from the previous ones, since you added some EBM to your particular lolicore. Is it a successful effort, or a change of style?

I would say it's just a an experiment, but I think I will add these sounds in other songs, too.
I really like experimenting with new influences.

8.Talking about your last releases, I find them more various and easy listening than the debut ones.

That's absolutely true, but it's not a thing that I control. It always depends on what I feel like doing.
Who knows? Maybe one day there will come out a Noise release.

9.May I ask you what instruments do you use to create your music?

Mainly Fruity Loops Studio 8 and Audacity. It happened to fuck around with Renoise, but anything special.

10.How do you feel when you think about the fact that you're appreciated all over the world and universally recognized among the most important artists of the lolicore situation?

Actually I'm still trying to understand how I came to this, but at the same time I'm enjoying my success. I'm really happy about that, and as long as my music will be appreciated, I'll have the reasons to keep on making music.

11.You use to make splits, collaborations and compilation. Are you on good terms with the other musicians?

Of course I am. The nice thing about this situation, is the fact that we support each other.
In this sense, if Lolicore has became what it is, that's due to Last.fm.

12.Which BVB album is more appreciated by fans?

I have no idea. My works are all very different among each other, so I think that it depends pretty much on the listener's music tastes. But I can say that the remix of the Scandal's album was the work that started making me famous.

13.Among all of your releases, which is the one you're more satisfied with?

I would say “The Hikikomori Geisha Circus” because it's something I've always wanted to make.
Anyway I think fans must tell which one is the best one.

14.Are there any of your songs you love the most?

Yes, there are. But I can't tell its name since it hasn't been released yet. But I can say it's a track I totally feel mine. It's hard to tell but I hope music will explain that better than words.

15.According to you, who are the best lolicore musicians out there? Would you suggest us 5 albums we MUST listen to?

I would predictably say Goreshit, odaxelagnia and Lolishit. And of course the great Loli Ripe.
Five albums, uh? These kind of questions are always difficult.
1) Goreshit - My Love Feels All Wrong
2) Loli Ripe - Ecce Pedo
3) Lolishit - Chest Flattener
4) Rorikiller - Torn Apart By The Tentacle
5) odaxelagnia - Partycore

16.Who is it BVB for? Is there an ideal public?

My ideal public would be made up of billions of under-15 girls. Just kidding. Anybody who wants to listen to my project is free to do it. Should he thinks is necessary, he could even insult me.

17.Are there any anime that influenced you?

Most of all, Kodomo No Jikan, Rin often inspires me. Then there's Lucky Star, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan and Imouto Jiru.

18.Lolicon has always been considered scandalous and related to pedophilia. What do you think about that?

I report a Goreshit quote taken from an interview: “I like my lolis pure and innocent”.
The beauty of lolicon is in the innocence of the subject portrayed, perversion hasn't got anything with it. Hentai/lolicon is a different thing, but those who think that a drawing may encourage pedophilia have got serious problems.

19.What are now you favourite artists in general? What have you been listening to lately?

In the last couple of days I got interested in X Japan's “Art of my life”.
In this period I'm really appreciating HIZAKI grace project, Angerfist and Minwu, but my music tastes keep on changing really often.

20.Do you have any other musical projects besides BVB?

I don't have any, at the moment. But I have some ideas in my mind I hope I will develop in future.

21.What are your main interests, out of the BVB occupation?

My main interests are informatics (which is also my job) and then videogames and drawing.

22.Did you know that your music and Lolicore in general are really appreciated by metal musicians too? That's pretty an interesting thing (see ICS Vortex and Vintersorg)
Do you appreciate all kinds of music?

I don't know very well the quoted artists, I know them rather by their name than by their music;
Anyway I'm not surprised: it's normal that artists appreciate kinds of music that are different from the one the use to play.
Actually I don't care about the genre of music, in fact ranging from Cradle Of Filth to Aqua or from Merzbow to Scandal is absolutely normal to me.

23.What are your favourite anime and mangas?

Kodomo No Jikan is absolutely my favourite. I also really liked Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Lucky Star, Moetan, Dokuro-Chan, School Days and also Inuyasha (but I got tired of this last one).

24.What are your future plans?

I've got some things to complete, such as my tracks for two compilations and a new album.

25.The interview is now finished. I hope you liked it. Thank you!
Would you like to say something at the end?

Thank you for the interview! I'm glad to see there are some people out there that are really interested in my music. Stay loli!
